How many treatments will I need? All my treatments are priced to include 2 x 2 hour treatments. the second treatment is a re-touch and generally results in your brows, lips and liner lasting 12-18 months. Results vary with every individual "body". Our bodies process pigment differently depending on factors such as diet, age, aftercare, fat content in the area, sundamage to name a few. Additional retouches can be performed at an additional cost.
What is Microblading/feathering/embroidery/3D brows. Microblading is a semi-permanent technique that sits under the tattooing family. Pigment is implanted into the skin, with a hand-held tool containing a series of tiny blades. (disposable). These blades create hair-like strokes to mimic the appearance of a natural looking hair.
Does Microblading stop hair growth?
Microblading does not increase hair count or add thickness to thinning hair. Both scalp micropigmentation and microblading are temporary treatments. These procedures do not prevent progressive hair loss or encourage new hair growth. ... To generate natural results, the tattoo must be concealed by surrounding hair so minimal hair is removed.
How long does Microblading take to heal?
One week of daily bathing and application of treatment cream should ensure a layer of skin has healed over the area. 4 weeks will have enabled the skin to fully heal and your second treatment can be performed.
How long does Microblabing last? Since microblading pigments are not implanted into the skin as deep as traditional tattoos, the area will naturally fade overtime. Microblading typically lasts 1-3 years, depending on skin type (normal, oily, dry), age (youthful/mature).
Can you shower after Microblading?
Yes! However avoid flooding the area with hot water for up to 10 days. Don't wear make-up over the area for at least a week. This is because the pigments are still settling in to the shallow cuts in your skin.
Is eyeliner tattoo permanent?
Permanent make-up is considered micropigmentation, similar to tattoos. It involves using a needle to place pigmented granules beneath the upper layers of the skin. 12 months to 2 years.
How painful is permanent eyeliner?
A topical numbing cream is carefully applied to the lid whereby you sit with your eyes closed for 15 minutes. The skin in this area is very thin and responds well to the "Lidocaine" in the cream. Stronger anaesthetic is used during the treatment and feeling is reduced to a nagging tickle.
Lip shading. - This method is done with a machine. The colour is implanted deeper into the skin-known as the dermal layer, a topical numbing cream is used pre-treatment and during the treatment. A minimum of 2 treatments are necessary for best results as our lip colour needs to blend and heal to create a colour to your desired colour.
Is Lip shading painful?
This is the most sensitive of area's to tattoo.
